Answers to the most common situations when login is not working or you do not have an account yet.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot password?" below: enter your email and you will receive a link to set a new one. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not see the email within 2 minutes, check your spam folder.
The 2FA code is not working
Your phone clock could be off by a few seconds: wait for the app to generate the next code and try again. If you lost your phone, use one of the 10 backup codes you saved when you enabled 2FA — type them in place of the app code.
I do not have an account yet
Click "Sign up here" below. Registration is free and takes a few minutes; you get a no-commitment trial period to evaluate the platform.
Login locked after too many attempts
After 5 wrong attempts in a row, access is blocked for 15 minutes for security reasons. Wait and retry, or use "Forgot password?" to reset the password and unlock the account.
I see another error
If the message says "account disabled", contact your company master: only they can re-enable you. If the message mentions unconfirmed email, check your inbox for the welcome email and click the confirmation link.
